A New Chapter Together – A Message from Your New Principal

   

   Dear Kelley Lake Staff, Families, and Community, It is with immense gratitude and excitement that I write to you today as the newly appointed principal of Kelley Lake Elementary. Serving alongside you over the past 8 years as your Assistant Principal, I am both honored and humbled to step into this new role and continue serving a school community I care for deeply. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside dedicated educators, resilient students, and supportive families. Together, we’ve faced challenges, celebrated growth, and remained committed to excellence. As I transition into the principalship, I bring with me a strong foundation of relationships, instructional knowledge, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child and every staff member in our building. While my title may have changed, my purpose remains the same: to serve, support, and lead with integrity, vision, and heart. I am committed to fostering a school culture where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally and where every adult feels valued, heard, and empowered. My leadership will be guided by three core values:
